Hi, I’m Janneke, the designer & illustrator behind A Slice of Nice.
You’ll find me most days with a cappuccino, working on my laptop from my favorite coffee spots. I love pizza, my dogs, listening to screamy music & going for a little mental health walk (or run). All the good things in life basically.
My Approach
I love working as a brand designer, but over the years I’ve started to dislike a lot of the bullsh'*t around it. I switched from complicated brand guides to easy brand sheets & personal help with setting up design systems. Switched from working for my clients to working with them. And switched from being a last-minute available design freelancer to working with clients as a long term creative partner.
